Workout schedule, diet and health discussion. Saturday, 11th June 2016. Looks like the scales are broken, it was saying 27% body fat, which is way off. Here is my reading from today at the gym. 141% body fat is ok. It feels great but I probably can't do a resistance session in the evening after doing cardio in the morning. Monday, September 9. Workout schedule, diet and health discussion. Monday, August 19. Tried pre-fatiguing the arms before doing an upper body workout today. So, did some standing barbell curls before going into the pull-up, dip, push-up routine. Did some running for 5 minutes after the second set, and my upper arms felt very bloated. Workout schedule, diet and health discussion. Sunday, 3rd July 2016. It looks like I was slouching on the previous reading, this looks even better. Might have to do a few more readings to figure out how wild the numbers are. Even though the time of day is different for both readings, both were after 30 minutes cardio on an empty stomach, before breakfast. Workout schedule, diet and health discussion. Sunday, June 2. This year I've been going to the gym about once a week. There was a break during April due to moving house slowly over a few weeks and moving boxes into and out of storage. Got back into it in May but the month off made it hard work. Had a long supermarket walk yesterday for the first time in a long while. From here it's about 50 minutes away at an easy pace. Might see if I can get that down to about 40 minutes which should be possible.
