This is Rob Burchett's company for developing and maintaining the PAT program. For 35 years, I have worked in the power industry (10 years with General Electric Co, and 25 years on my own) developing software for power system optimization - both linear and nonlinear methodologies. I live in upstate New York (Schenectady area) and serve clients around the country and Canada. There are approximately thirty active PAT clients around the country and Canada.
