Being Princess Kate: Photog
http://beingprincesskate.blogspot.com/2011/04/photog.html
Thursday, April 14, 2011. Wouldn't you think that someone who has a fantastic camera, and who DREAMS of being a photographer one day, would learn everything she could about her equipment? I'm so embarrassed. There are so many things I could have been doing with this camera, if only I would have read about it! But I'm turning over a new leaf. The manual sits beside me, and it will be read before the weekend is over. Mark my words. April 18, 2011 at 5:17 PM. April 20, 2011 at 5:20 PM. Glad you liked it :).

Being Princess Kate: Slacker? **edited**
http://beingprincesskate.blogspot.com/2011/04/slacker.html
Saturday, April 30, 2011. My poor, sweet, neglected blog. You deserve better than this! But it turns out, there may be a reason you have been so neglected. And her husband Justin/Houston came to my house last week. They are interested in some very interesting things; conversation with these two is never lacking! It's just who I am! God made me this way, and there's nothing wrong with it. Now, about those sewing lessons. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Chris and Dora in Thailand. 52 Weeks for Art.

Ethical Excogitations: John Oswalt on the legacy of the Enlightenment

Teach me your way, O LORD, that I may walk in your truth; give me an undivided heart to revere your name. - Psalm 86:11. Sunday, June 24, 2012. John Oswalt on the legacy of the Enlightenment. My mother-in-law just picked up John Oswalt’s The Bible Among the Myths. In the absence of these answers we fall back into the pursuit of survival, dominance, comfort, and pleasure. Being Princess Kate: Here we go!
http://beingprincesskate.blogspot.com/2011/05/here-we-go.html
Thursday, May 5, 2011. I finally gave in and decided to count points again. Weight Watchers points, that is. Will and I did Weight Watchers a few years ago, and were very successful. But things happen, and I'm back to a good starting point for losing weight (how's that for a positive outlook? I've been wanting to lose weight for a while now, even since before I got pregnant (obviously I did NOT want to lose weight while. I didn't want to deny myself what I wanted. I've been reading a wonderful book on th...

Being Princess Kate: September 2009
http://beingprincesskate.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 29, 2009. Like many people in the past few months who have seen "Julie and Julia", I have decided to start a blog. I'm pretty sure I don't have anything to write about, and I don't think I'm a terribly good writer, but I've heard that writing makes you a better writer. Seems a bit like an Escher drawing, no? I have friends who blog, and I really enjoy reading their stuff, so why not take a stab at it! Plus, it's free. Can't beat that. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). 52 Weeks for Art.

Teach me your way, O LORD, that I may walk in your truth; give me an undivided heart to revere your name. - Psalm 86:11. Tuesday, July 19, 2011. More from My Postmodern Two-Year Old. In an earlier post. I shared how my two-year old daughter, JulieAnn (now three, as of June 18), believes she can define reality simply by her declaration. Here are a few more funny examples. Hopefully the humor comes through even without her tone of voice and cute facial expression. July 2, 2011:. July 15, 2011:. Instructor ...

Ethical Excogitations: Doing Good for Goodness Sake
http://ethicalexcogitations.blogspot.com/2012/09/doing-good-for-goodness-sake.html
Teach me your way, O LORD, that I may walk in your truth; give me an undivided heart to revere your name. - Psalm 86:11. Friday, September 7, 2012. Doing Good for Goodness Sake. Why do we do good? But the question haunts me: does it work in the long run? What kind of people does it create? How do we become people who do the right thing, just because it’s the right thing, even when the reward is neither immediate nor tangible. Isn’t that, after all, a reward in itself?
