One Man's Opinion by Mark Van Alstyne, aka Powerdoc. I love to squat! It is the best full body movement to improve strength and balance. It improves upper and lower body strength. I love the challenge of learning how to use my multi ply suit and modifying it to improve effectiveness. I love the technology aspect of the squat suit and am looking forward to using the new adjustable Inzer Leviathan. I love moving heavy weight and squatting generally moves the heaviest amount of weight. I hate the squat!
