Invading Forces - EP Demo and Single Review: May 2008
http://invadingforces.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 15, 2008. Cwn Annwn - Blood of the Djinn EP. I’ve seen the band perform at Station 4 before and knew they were musically amazing. However, I thought their name (pronounced Coon-uh-noon, think ‘racoons at noon’ as a memory aid) was not a wise choice only because I could never remember how to pronounce it even after I was told and so I came up with memory aid I just mentioned. Blood of the Djinn. Previous releases include a 3 song demo (Sept. 2003) and the full-length The Method of Murder.

Invading Forces - EP Demo and Single Review: Dread Veil - Beyond Control EP
http://invadingforces.blogspot.com/2009/01/dread-veil-beyond-control-ep.html
Saturday, January 17, 2009. Dread Veil - Beyond Control EP. You look to the left, you look to the right. You turn around and look behind you sure that something is watching. Something is. Only your inside it. Swallowed whole when you pressed the play button on your compact disc player, you no longer are where you were and there’s no going back. Walk Run. Stand still. It doesn’t matter; the elaborate gothic vista of moody metal that surrounds you moves at it’s own pace in accordance to...When all is said ...

Fire Meets Fire - Album Review: John B. - Row (Secret Port Records)
http://firemeetsfire.blogspot.com/2009/03/john-b-row-secret-port-records.html
Sunday, March 1, 2009. John B. - Row (Secret Port Records). All in all, I can’t say I’d recommend this flight of fancy to anyone but shred metal aficionados; unless of course, you like really great background music. Personally, I believe John would be better off trying to get this mood music used in cinema, where at least it would have the possiblity of having some kind of profound impact.
