Tuesday, July 5, 2011. A Little Piece of Heaven. I cannot verbalize how much I love the beach - ANY beach - yes, even Galveston! Not to be morbid or anything, but if I go to Heaven before you, please don't be sad because I'm pretty sure God is preparing a Cozumel-like beach and a few good books for me. We recently got back from one of the best vacations ever! In fact, every morning when we would get him out of bed, he'd say, "We go to beach now? That's pretty much how I felt too! Tuesday, November 30, 2010. A Lot To Be Thankful For. We went to Tucson, AZ this Thanksgiving to be with the Brannon clan and it was a lot of fun! We hadn't been back to Arizona in quite a few years, and Mark's sister, Kathy, was kind enough to invite 15 people to come stay at her new house - so we went! With Kathy's family, that made 20 of us under one roof - phew! Then on Thanksgiving Day, more family came over for the big meal, making the count around 30 people - gasp! And Nash are missing (nap time).

Monday, October 31, 2011. October has been crazy and oh so good.but I have to say, I'm looking forward to slowing down a bit. I think I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves! Wednesday, December 7, 2011. Thanksmas at Sea World. Yep - it was a certain 2.5 yr old's dream come true! For Thanksmas this year, we met my family in San Antonio for the celebration. It was great weather, good food with no cooking, lots of family time, no making the bed (oh wait - that's every day for us), no cleaning, or in other words.FUN! Gracie Girl fell asleep while walking to the car after crazy Day 1 at Sea World. Some of my favorite peeps on the planet - Jake and Amy. 3 kids and an Orca.

Tuesday, March 8, 2011. My Hero is 4 Years Old. Jake is my 4 year old nephew. He just had his 3rd open heart surgery. He is my hero b/c he has overcome SOOO much and has the sweetest spirit of any kid I've ever known (Seriously! And I've known a lot of kids! Super Jake in his cape.
