The Hallam 4: May 2009
http://hallam4.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Saturday, May 30, 2009. A couple of days ago (I know I know, I am behind! Jamie and I braved the heat and took the kids to see the butterfly exhibit at the Desert Botanical Gardens. In Colorado this is an INDOOR exhibit, why in the world is it OUTSIDE here? It was closing in on 105 degrees and we went midday (smart). I don't know how the poor butterflies survive, but they seemed to somehow. They had just recieved a new shipment of butterflies that morning, so there were a TON! Checking out the butterflies.

Thursday, March 25, 2010. I have launched a new photography blog for my business! Tuesday, March 23, 2010. Today was Grace's first soccer practice. It was so funny! All those little kiddos running around on the field doing drills.ha ha. The push-ups were the best part, we need to practice them a bit, she couldn't seem to get her knees off the ground. She laid her head down and stuck her bottom up in the air and sort of waggled it around, lol! First game is on Saturday, I will post a video then. She has b...

Saturday, October 24, 2009. Sorry it's been so long since I have blogged! We continued the fall theme today when we went to a pumpkin patch near here. The kids had so much fun running around. They got to ride on the cow train (and so did I, lucky me! After all the playing we picked our pumpkins (Grace's is massive, of course. She calls it the "MAMA pumpkin.perfect.) We then came back to our place and carved them up. They are pretty impressive if I do say so myself. The kids carving pumpkins.

The Hallam 4: January 2009
http://hallam4.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 21, 2009. Hopefully this will tell us the extent to the damage from his reflux. Then, that night they are doing a sleep study. He has been waking up coughing and the docs think that he might be experiencing a bit of apnea from floppy tissue (perhaps due to laryngomalacia. Monday, January 12, 2009. Sunday, January 11, 2009. By the time Steve got to the car (he was grabbing Graces shoes, somehow she made it to the car without them) I was blubbering away. He kind of rolled his eyes, a...

The Hallam 4: November 2009
http://hallam4.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 11, 2009. Unfortunately, the lenses needed to correct far-sightedness are the kind that give kids that "bug-eyed" appearance, so we also asked to get the special (more expensive, thanks nana and grandpa) lenses that don't do that quite as much. Then we had the discussion about "transition lenses" (absolutely not! On a lighter note, Grace and her friend Adeline started "fairytale ballerina ballet" classes at the local rec center. They were soooo excited! Sunday, November 1, 2009.
