For 3 year olds. This program will introduce your child to the basics in dance. They will learn movement through story, music and rhythms. In this introduction to ballet, your child will build a love of dance through rhythm, musicality and the use of imagination. Based on Royal Academy of Dance syllabus. Ballet is the basis of all dance forms. Benefits include the development of good posture and self-discipline while learning technique and musicality. Tap - ages 4. Hip Hop - 5. All ages are approximations. Other considerations are reviewed for class placement, especially at the intermediate and senior level. Twirling Tots age 3. Creative Movement age 5. Mini Classes are for ages 4,5. Junior 1/2 ages 6-7. Junior 3/4 ages 8-9. Intermediate 1/2 ages 10-11,. Intermediate 3/4 ages 12-13. Senior 1/2 ages 14-15. Senior 3/4 ages 16. Adult classes are 18. A Frost Dance Experience Competitive Class Information

Competitive classes are offered for those age 6 and up in most styles of dance. These additional classes are for those who would like to take their dancing to the next level. Competition gives students the opportunity to shine, work as a team and perform in front of their peers. All competitive classes are in addition to the one hour recreational class.
