Purefect Food - Practically Purefect

https://www.practicallypurefect.com/purefect-food.html

Provides the body with nourishment. Food nourishes our body from the inside and outside. To be truly, wholly nourished you need to provide your body with good, healthy food. That is, non-toxic foods, non-toxic relationships and non-toxic lifestyles. I was practicing a cleaner, less-toxic, more natural (raw) lifestyle but I wanted to learn more. So, I decided to enroll in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Proudly powered by Weebly.

Being physically fit and healthy. We all talk about being "fit" and having "fit" families. But what is "fitness" and how to we get there? It takes work, but it's doable and can be fun for everyone! For me, it started with Beachbody. I followed up T25 with P90X3 and Turbo Fire. Click here. For a copy of my X3/Turbo Fire hybrid calendar. I didn't get through the schedule however because I have been teaching Insanity classes and with my limited schedule, I have been hybriding X3 with the Insanity classe...

Purefect Family - Practically Purefect

https://www.practicallypurefect.com/purefect-family.html

Held together by moms. First and foremost, I am a mom. I love being a mom and I love that my kids make my world go ‘round. But, working full time while trying to juggle their schedules leaves me little time to be the best mom I can be. As a super busy mom, I know all about juggling and the wish that I could just squeeze a little more into every day. Proudly powered by Weebly.

Practically Purefect - Blog

TF/X3 hybrid day 4. Yesterday, I slept in to celebrate the new year. The problem for me with sleeping in is that when I do and my kids are home for the day, I do not get my workout in. :(. I am about to listen to Day 1 of chalene's push challenge. Have an amazing day! Day 1 of my TF/X3 hybrid (again). My schedule for this hybrid will be shaken up a bit as I will be starting to teach some insanity classes in the early mornings next week. I cannot wait! Have an amazing end to 2013! I really enjoyed both wo...

Creative ways be a wise steward of my resources and my health. My thoughts on home management, health and vitality, recipes and product reviews. Join me as I attempt a metamorphosis into a (practically) Proverbs 31 woman! Wednesday, June 14, 2017. It's all about the chemicals. I've always been somewhat of a crunchy mama. It wasn't until I was driven for answers to my own health dilemmas that I got down to the nitty gritty of finding the missing puzzle pieces. In 2015, I completed the dental restoration p...

Practically Pure - Going green, easy and budget-friendly

About me and this website. After my previous post, I had to think long and hard about where I wanted to go with my blogging. I started this blog, Practically Pure, with a lot of love and passion. I had been blogging for some years about being ill, and I found it so refreshing to talk about something else for a change. Something that had nothing to do with being sick. Meanwhile, my other blog. Again And who knows what the future holds. Ps: you can still follow me on Instagram. No language needed there!

A watched pot never boils. Why isn’t it happening NOW? Rdquo; A watched pot never boils. Damn it, Shirley, I know it doesn’t! But I’m ready. I’m open and willing and ready to take on the next challenge. Or am I so focused on this process taking so much longer than I ever dreamed it would, that I’m essentially stuck? I'm SO overdue in a post! I wrote this on my way back from visiting my sister a couple months ago. I promise a current post with current updates and thoughts soon. Very soon. To create a decl...

What you need to know]. Monday, May 26, 2014. Perhaps the best place to begin a farewell is a recounting of the hello. I will never forget the hot summer afternoon when I unbent all my crooked limbs, stepping out of our overstuffed suburban, and looked up to see Mr. Callihan striding across the lawn in his black shirt. Before I knew it, I was wrapped up in a bear hug. I have often brought that scene back to mind this year, just to remember how wonderful it was to actually know. Sunday, May 11, 2014.

A not-too-serious account of places I eat, play and wander. Jun 13, 2013. Did You Know…. The Arabs brought dried pasta to Italy in the thirteenth century (though fresh pasta was made before then). It was commonly eaten with honey and sugar; tomato sauce was not added until the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. The old-fashioned way of eating pasta was with the fingers, arm held high and head tilted back. Pasta […]. May 21, 2013. Apr 29, 2013. Apr 22, 2013. A Day at the Peacock Park. Mar 29, 2013.
