Eating, creating, cooking. Wakame Seaweed (Kaizo) Salad. September 7, 2012. This asian salad is easy, healthy, and absolutely delicious. Wakame can be difficult to find in your normal grocery store, but you should be able to find it at Asian grocery stores. Dried Wakame seaweed: 3/4 ounce (20 grams). Sesame Seeds: 1 tbsp. Red chili pepper flakes: 1/2 tso. Rice vinegar: 3 tbsp. Soy Sauce: 1-2 tbsp. 2 Mix soy sauce, side vinegar and sugar together. Taste and adjust the soy sauce and sugar. September 6, 2012.
