But once we reach a certain age, there is this imaginary line drawn in the sand and our personalities suddenly crystalize–this is who I am, and this is what I am good at. From there on out, if things don’t come naturally, we assume we can never be good at them. When I complained to them that I was not a good meditator they said, You’re right!
