Five Carmonas: September 2012
http://fivecarmonas.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 9, 2012. We returned yesterday from a week of fun in the sun for our. 4th annual Labor Day Edisto Island beach trip. The weather was so amazing 80* and sunny every day! For the first time ever, this trip was sans Noah. He stayed home so as not to miss school and soccer. What a responsible lad). So we spent our days sitting on the beach, reading, dolphin watching, playing in the waves, riding our bikes, eating seafood, and loving our time together. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Five Carmonas: Happy Birthday, Nimuae
http://fivecarmonas.blogspot.com/2013/02/happy-birthday-nimuae.html
Friday, February 1, 2013. Happy Birthday, Nimuae. In a whirlwind week, a midst the craziest variety of weather I have ever witnessed (an ice storm, torrential rains, high winds, 2 70* days, blustery snow, tornado warnings all within 7 days! Nimuae experienced two major changes: she got braces and, 5 days later, turned 12! Our birthday celebrations were pretty low-key, taking into account the discomfort of the first 4-7 days of braces, but she managed to have a great day. Happy Birthday, Nimuae!

http://gruberadventures.blogspot.com/2011/04/very-long-walk.html
The Adventures in Life of the Bensalem Gruber Family. Friday, April 15, 2011. A very long walk. Yesterday, I kept Caleb home from school just for a break. We had a "mommy and son" morning and it was awesome! I don't get to spend as much time with just Caleb now that he's in school. :-( Since it was such a nice morning, we went for a walk. And then Caleb suggested that we run (so glad I wore my tennies and not flip flops! So we actually ran quite a bit! Caleb: "It's a great day for a run! A very long walk.

The Adventures in Life of the Bensalem Gruber Family. Thursday, February 10, 2011. Brainstorming . without the storm. Aaron asked me to come in to the office to help him brainstorm ideas for this Sunday. Unfortunately, there is noooooo storm going on in my brain today! The waters are still. Like a mirror. Not a creative ripple to stir the placid waters. No brainstorming today! Today is a laundry day. Yes, today is a day to embrace the mundane. With a cup of hot chocolate. Wednesday, February 9, 2011.

It was also Characters Alive day (kids presented a project based on a book they had read and came to school dressed as the main character), which was a very fun day to visit! Gita woke us up at 7:00am on Saturday morning so she could start opening her presents and making breakfast (she requested bacon (that's my gal) . Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Black Mountain, NC.
