http://learningfourlife.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Teaching Heart, Mind and Soul. For now and eternity - through Christ-centered education. I realize that I'm pitifully behind this month on staying updated. To tell you the truth, things have been absolutely crazy around here. Many things have happened this month, so here goes. We also got some great news about our new baby cousin, Aamina! She got to come home the first week of January. She is so incredibly precious! Here she is asleep on her flight home. She's wearing a onesie I made for her :-). It was ...

Learning 4 Life: HALLOWEEN!
http://learningfourlife.blogspot.com/2011/11/halloween.html
Teaching Heart, Mind and Soul. For now and eternity - through Christ-centered education. The weekend before Halloween Daddy helped the girls carve their pumpkins. Zora dug right in to help clean out the "pumpkin guts", but Lily REFUSED. Daddy carved and Zora cleaned them out. They each got to pick what their pumpkin's face would look like. They each drew their face on a sheet of paper then Joel drew it onto the pumpkin for them and cut it out. Zora cleaning out "pumpkin guts". We ended the evening with a...

Teaching Heart, Mind and Soul. For now and eternity - through Christ-centered education. Christmas Time Is Here :-). Our Christmas festivities have been in full swing around here. Last week the girls made ornaments for all the grandparents. This is an annual tradition. Each year we do a different kind of ornament. One year we did salt clay ornaments, another year was shrinky-dinks, and this year we did painted wooden ornaments. And they love the Zhu Zhu Pet game! Twas The Night Before Christmas Book.

Teaching Heart, Mind and Soul. For now and eternity - through Christ-centered education. I have to share some funny things that my kids said this week. Her answer was, "I DON'T WANT TO GROW UP! Da in a sassy way. Hate not to peaple. This means we can't hate people). What she meant was crap). This also is said with attitude). This actually isn't a complete list because there are obviously a lot of other words that aren't kind, but it was a good start and we all got a good laugh :-). On the uneven bars.

Teaching Heart, Mind and Soul. For now and eternity - through Christ-centered education. Praise Him In The Storm. When it rains it pours. Have you ever heard that expression? The storm may be raging, but I will continue to praise Him! He didn't listen. He had his own ideas. Are absolutely wonderful and I'm sure we'll be back when we can spend more than one night. Each cabin is beautiful and spacious with a huge king size bed, double jacuzzi, oversized shower with multiple massaging heads, full kitche...

Posted by: Kelly Bell. On: January 27, 2009. I have been planning on posting for several days now. I think my intended posts were all good ideas too, but unfortunately I can’t remember any of them because I have been thrown for a loop. My sweet, precious daughter has decided it is time to throw temper tantrums. I am not ready for this! Doesn’t she know that? Isn’t this supposed to start later? I have been constantly saying, “Lord, give me patience, give me strength, give me wisdom”. Posted by: Kelly Bell.

Teaching Heart, Mind and Soul. For now and eternity - through Christ-centered education. Rosey Cake Summers was one of our little dogs that we got the girls in Christmas 2009. We got two precious little babies and have loved an nurtured them since they were about 7 weeks old. My girls have become such good buddies with them. They love on them and play with them as if they were human.and truth be told, I'm not sure that the dogs even realize that they are dogs! Monday was my sweet Lily's 5th birthday!
