Wednesday, May 9, 2012. These past few days have been interesting. On May 3rd, I decided to make curry for the first time. I've seen it done, I've eaten it, but I've never made it myself. So, I opted for a very basic recipe of tomato, chicken and cilantro curry. It was fantastic! Topped with cilantro to cool off the spice heat. It was really good. Definitely making it again.
