Here are the ingredients :. Rolled oats 1 cup. Grated sweet potato 1/2 cup. Milk 3/4 th cup. Brown sugar 1/2 cup. White sugar 1/2 cup. Wheat flour 1 cup. Oil 1/4 cup (i used canola oil).
