Look out Bobby Flay! Food, Fun, Life. Wednesday, August 4, 2010. I love eggs. They are so versatile. This recipe, however, is just a twist on a classic omelet. And for the record, Robert said, "This goes on 'the list'." Which means, you are allowed to make this again and again :-). Ingredients for ONE omelet. 1 1/2 Johnsonville Andouille Sausages. 1/4 c torn Spinach leaves (not frozen). 1/8-1/4 c. Feta Cheese. 1 1/2 - 2 Roma Tomatoes diced (optional). Look out Bobby Flay! Food, Fun, Life. Tuesday, May 27, 2008. That isn't its proper name, but it's what I've decided to call it. I found a recipe for a stuffed chicken breast and it sounded good but I took it a little different direction. I hope you like it as much as I do. Feel free to add your own touches and when you do, let me know how it goes! I will attempt a picture tomorrow :-). Good Eats, from My Kitchen to Yours! 12 chicken breast halves. 1 c Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese. 1/2 c butter (melted).

Look out Bobby Flay!: December 2008
http://eatatjens.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Look out Bobby Flay! Food, Fun, Life. Saturday, December 13, 2008. Meat Loaf Cordon Bleu (or Meat Loaf "Surprise"). It's Ashley again. I made meat loaf a few nights ago, and my boys gave it rave reviews. I call it "Meatloaf Surprise," but it's a good surprise. No weird green splotches or anything.:). This makes a huge loaf. I was feeding 7 very hungry boys and we had about 1/3 of the loaf leftover. I suggest making it in 2 pans and freezing one for later. 4 pounds extra lean ground beef. 4 eggs, beaten.

We thawed it out last night and had it for dinner again and it was still FANTASTICO! 1-1/2 cups multi-grain penne pasta, uncooked (I used Tri-Color Rigatoni b/c it's what I had). 1 pkg (9 oz.) fresh spinach leaves (My bag was only 6 oz but it was plenty! HEAT oven to 375ºF.

Look out Bobby Flay!: September 2008
http://eatatjens.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Look out Bobby Flay! Food, Fun, Life. Monday, September 22, 2008. Robert gets to come home for lunch these days and I love it! The challenge is, we have a mini-fridge so we don't keep groceries stocked up. That means we have to come up with a few days worth of meals with just a few groceries. Here's what we came up with. We put it together. Using the special seasoning. I always use, I smothered the chicken with it, put it in a pan, and cooked the chicken. I also put a capful of liquid smoke in the pan.

Zombies and Despair | Wit, Wisdom or Maybe Just Words
https://ashleyishappy.wordpress.com/2013/04/16/zombies-and-despair
Wit, Wisdom or Maybe Just Words. The Art of Words →. I will not survive the zombie apocalypse. Most likely, I won’t even know it’s happening. My dear sister has promised to call me if Patient Zero starts a raging campaign against humanity because she knows me well. Shine the light in the darkness. Note: I wrote this post on Thursday. It’s amazing how God orchestrates even the little things. My heart goes out to those injured and those who lost dear ones in the Boston bombing yesterday. ...April 16, 2013.
