Still no update on a heart, my mom said she just knew I was going to get it yesterday because she got hers a week after being put on the list—I knew it wouldn’t be yesterday! It’s been a while since I have taken the time to sit down, and just write. I love writing, so I don’t really know why I didn’t plan out time to write before. But now I am trying to do just that. As far as I know medically things have been going great! I have my one year appointment coming up in July. A whole year!

The musings of a 24 year old heart patient…. Restoring Faith in Humanity. August 27, 2015. 1 month and 13 days post transplant! I recently had a biopsy on Monday and I got a text from my transplant coordinator saying that the biopsy results looked great! She will be calling me tomorrow with more details and information on the future plan but those words are all I need to hear! 🙂 Thank you everyone for your continued thoughts and prayers during these visits! Thanks to the youth for my special heart one!
