Tuesday, February 26, 2008. One year ago tomorrow. Scott took the day off work and we ran like crazy people. Our agencies, AIA. Was expiring March 1 and we NEEDED our paperwork there by that day. We had been waiting two weeks for one little piece of paper to complete our home study and it was finally done. Friday, May 16, 2008. This is who we saw. The girl we met that day, didn't laugh when tickled, didn't know how to be held or carried, didn't know to smile when someone smiled at her. She was a very quiet and stoic girl. Sunday, May 11, 2008. Happy Mother's Day and updates. So I was so upset to be leaving the boys on an airplane, over water. I cried a lot last year. This year I was treated to a morning of sleeping in, okay 8am, but. It's better than 7! Or gotten a juice cup refill, Scott has insisted.

Monday, August 11, 2008. Well, it is here. We're leaving for the other side of the world tomorrow evening. We are scrambling to do last minute packing. The kids are mostly all packed, even their carry-ons. It has really gone quite well. We are wrapping everything up, saying our last goodbyes, and getting everything ready. Our house has not sold yet, but we have had 3 showings this last week. One of those is extremely interested. We're waiting to see what God will do. Posted by 6blessings @ 12:12 PM.

Friday, July 18, 2008. I've been working on a video of the auction to put on here, but it's not going so quickly. Therefore, I thought I'd give everyone a quick update and post it later when I get it done. The auction day was an absolute blessing. Many people showed up bright and early that morning to help us move everything out into the yard. Wednesday, July 02, 2008. Camping. That's what I've been doing for the last two weeks. The week of the 16th, we went on a mini-vacation with my parents, sister and her family. Friday, July 04, 2008. Today marks 2 years since the bwins. Officially became ours. This was the day that the judge said, " Da. Looking back, the whole experience seems so different at this point. Were 80 and 83, not good at all, but not the worst. They just have many processing problems. She gave them a pFAS. Diagnosis. It is full blown FAS. Minus one or two facial markers.
