Monday, July 19, 2010. Another blog party has been posted by Nutty Natty. Her challenge is soup. Since I posted my pumpkin soup for Bron's challenge. I thought I would do my Chicken Soup. This picture is not of my soup (would love it that it was, it looks sooooooo delicious). I had loads of pumpkin this weekend so I made pumpkin soup (which my kids loved as its their favorite). In a large pan, filled with 3/4 of water, place 6 chicken thighs (skin removed) and boil until cooked (approx 20 min).
