Before we began our journey our girls had. They invited three girls from church to come and stay the night while the boys went on a camping trip with their dad. There were lots of laughs. And life long friendships were made. However, maybe next time I should invite a friend for Melanie. It was a great start to a wonderful Spring Break.

My friend Dawn said, "well, I can fix that right now." So, she had Abigail tell her which arm to remove and she removed the arm. LOL! Side Note: Having birthday parties for your kiddos a month apart is hard work! This Mama was worn out and so was Daddy's pocket book! I'm thankful the parties are over until next year!

This year for spring break we decided to take a little mini vacation to San Antonio. I had to post our trip in 3 different blog posts. Ever since Abigail saw the movie Dolphin Tale, she has been obsessed with dolphins and whales. She's also seen all the Free Willy movies. So to Abigail all whales are named Willy, not Shamu. He weighs 12 lbs. 3.6 oz, which puts him in the 50% for weight! He's 23" long, which puts him in the 40% in length! It took Abigail almost 7 months to get to 12 lbs. and she's NEVER been in the 50%! I'm not gonna lie, I'm one proud Mama! I'm so thankful to have such a healthy baby boy! Jacob is a very good baby!

This year Abigail took a Ballet and Tap combination class at Boni's. Half the class they did ballet and the other half tap. Abigail did not care for tap, I'm not sure why. I was a little late with his 4 month check up and shots, which I'm sure is perfectly normal for a second child right? 15 lbs. 5.6 oz. (40%). What Jacob's doing at 5 months:. Sitting up unassisted, but isn't steady yet. Loves his jumper and could bounce all day if I'd let him. Smiles all the time. I'm one lucky girl!
