Monday, June 4, 2012. Life in the NICU. I spent 7 weeks in the NICU. Babies progress. I kept a journal of my thoughts while I had to be home. I had to wait for rides to the hospital since I had had a c-section. And was not able to drive for 6 weeks. That was a surprise that I found out upon having to check out of the hospital. Sunday, 25 April 2010. It's been a while since I posted an update, but fortunately I have continued to grind out the miles throughout that time. Two weeks ago I made it down to Maldon and back (86 miles) which was nice going out but a real slog coming back. I made the mistake of a long stretch along the A414. Not the prettiest, quietest, flattest or pot-hole-less-est road in Britain! Still, Maldon was a nice destination. Artistic shot of Maldon :o).
