Our Miracle Baby: July 2011
http://avieandscooterhardin.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 26, 2011. 65279;My baby boy is growing up way too fast! He starts preschool in two weeks. It's going to be a big adjustment, especially for me. I'm looking forward to getting back on a schedule and excited for Harrison to be around other babies. But, it's going to be hard being away from him. I've never been away from him for more than a few hours. He's going to the farm tomorrow for a few days without ME! There's something about the outdoors that totally calms him down. I thank God eve...

Little by Little: A Transatlantic Comparison
http://preemieblog.blogspot.com/2010/08/transatlantic-comparison.html
Tuesday, 17 August 2010. A few months ago I blogged. About a US website, PreemieWorld. That I'd come across. Since then myself and Deb, one of the owners of the site have exchanged a few emails and decided it would be interesting to compare experiences. Despite the best of intentions, this has taken slightly longer than either of us anticipated, but finally we have both completed our homework, and so here is the output. I'd be delighted to hear your comments. Deb: My daughter’s hospital like many i...

Little by Little: April 2010
http://preemieblog.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Sunday, 25 April 2010. It's been a while since I posted an update, but fortunately I have continued to grind out the miles throughout that time. Two weeks ago I made it down to Maldon and back (86 miles) which was nice going out but a real slog coming back. I made the mistake of a long stretch along the A414. Not the prettiest, quietest, flattest or pot-hole-less-est road in Britain! Still, Maldon was a nice destination. Artistic shot of Maldon :o). It's not long since I cycled 50 miles for the first time.

Little by Little: Time to go our separate ways
http://preemieblog.blogspot.com/2010/06/time-to-go-our-separate-ways.html
Wednesday, 23 June 2010. Time to go our separate ways. With the obvious exceptions of getting married and becoming father to three fantastic children, last week was the most incredible experience of my life. Running the London Marathon was ok, but ultimately I was just relieved to get it finished. The second time around the spectators and thousands of runners just irritated me! And now it’s over. How can I possibly just bring that to an end? The exact content of each will be refined with time but that is...

Little by Little: Final Day - Compiegne to Paris
http://preemieblog.blogspot.com/2010/06/final-day-compiegne-to-paris.html
Monday, 21 June 2010. Final Day - Compiegne to Paris. Take action. Have real experiences. Make lasting difference to at least one person. Create change. Kill the dragon. Mileage - 63 miles (cumulative 386. Current estimates for the 'detour' on Wednesday mean this may be as high as 395). The final day dawned a bit cloudy but still fine (how lucky were we - no rain all week! Haps most enjoyable) hill. Switchbacks along the way and great views, followed by a great setting for the final water stop. I wasn't ...
