We visited this historic place called Mabry Mill in Virginia during our Fall foliage trip and bought freshly ground buckwheat flour. From then on, I've been experimenting with it using it as an alternative for all purpose flour in baking. It surely is a healthy alternative! I had these cute mini loaf pans and thought I would make a buckwheat banana bread loaf for breakfast. Here is the recipe. 1 cup buckwheat flour.
