I WAS pregnant,now I'm just fat! Sunday, March 14, 2010. Well it has been awhile since I have written but I thought I should update my progress. I haven't really been exercising all that much besides a few short walks here and there. When it warms up, I will start jogging with Austin out at the Bangor City Forest. And I'm going to start following them again about 3 times a week. Its the cardio that really needs to happen though, so I will start jogging this week too.maybe :). Thursday, February 25, 2010.
