Cook 15 minutes until rice is tender. Add chicken and onion and simmer 5 more minutes. I like mine real simple and if I want then I add salsa or Pico de gallo. 2 T fresh lime juice. 1 t garlic powder. 1 t sea salt. Cut avocados in half and remove pit, but save for later. Bread pudding is really easy to make. It’s also a really great base that you can add pretty much anything to. I added raisins, but apples, white chocolate chips, pear and fresh berries would all be delicious additions to this recipe. 1 1/2 c unflavored toast crackers. 1 1/2 c milk. 1/2 c brown sugar. 1/2 c white sugar.
