Friday, March 13, 2009. A yummy satiating tofu sandwich. Premi whipped this out in no time today and I got to enjoy it for lunch, so I have to put it down. Here's how you can make it:. Bread, of course. This used the organic multi-grain artisan bread from TJ. Tofu (brined and grilled). Pesto, mayo, salt, pepper, butter. Chop fresh tomato, cerrano chilies, garlic, onions and cilantro into a bowl, add lemon juice and mix. Try it, I guarantee you'll salivate as you contemplate your work of art and substance.

When I was in South Africa recently, my friend Symmie reminded me of a delicious Sago Pudding. That my mum used to make. Sunday, September 28, 2008. 1/2 onion chopped finely. 1/4 chilli chopped finely. 3 eggs beaten well. 1 tbl chopped basil(optional). 2 tbl crumbled feta. 2 tbl grated cheese. 4/5 cherry tomatoes cut in half or quarter tomato sliced. In a thick based pan ( I use a cast iron), use half the oil to saute the onions and chillies. Remove from pan and keep aside. Now add the garlic and allow to brown, add spinach and saute quickly. Remove from pan and add to the onions. Pour the eggs into the pan.
