April was insane, we had something every weekend. April 18th was McKay's 15th birthday. We celebrated with Mexican, my favorite! Es flan, verdad? We went to the annual Boys and Girls club fundraiser where I got Tupperware and Chad got a humidor in the silent auction. I L.O.V.E my Tupperware, I am old. Baby Huston was born, yay! I get half of the recipe on the counter {or floor, whatever} instead of in the bowl. After I made my Mississippi Krystals I had bread, ham, turkey and cheese all over the island. So what did we do? Tales from the Cookie Jar. Saturday, December 27, 2008. It's been a long time. Well, it has been a long time since I have posted anything, so I thought I should take some time today to update my blog. I must admit blogging is harder than I thought it was going to be. I love reading other people's blogs, but find it hard to write about my own life. I have finally found a new job, and started on December 1st. I love it! Needless to say, it has been a big adjustment for my family, but it is well worth it.

He spent five weeks in two separate hospitals, was flown to the east coast for heart surgery, and his condition is now being controlled by oral meds. Praise God! Links to this post.
