The director, Ernesto, from a local NGO called AMASOL, showed our group, HELP International, a squatter settlement. (a group of people see unused land and so they live there) And so the government does not recognize them yet (they are in that process) so there is no one to fund the construction of a school. Ernesto informed us of their need for a preschool.
