Monday, July 1, 2013. I know it doesn't seem possible but today was Mitchell's 7th P-Day since arriving in Portugal! He did not get transferred last week, but he did get a new companion. He said he got to sit in the train station all day waiting for him. We didn't get our email from him until 7:30pm his time.that was a long day! Tuesday, September 17, 2013. This weeks letter brought the news of Elder Schroeder's first transfer. He left his last area with a bang! Knowing my picky eater son, who hates most meat and corn on the cob, I asked if he actually ate it. He said he ate the liver but could not physically eat the corn! I told him he was crazy for being able to eat the liver but not the corn! He said the liver tasted like regular meat, to which I replied how on earth do you know what regular meat tastes like! I am so proud!

Monday, September 15, 2014. So we took Maridee up to. We had a great time and the process was so easy! Not what I remember when I went to the financial aid office, scholarship office and book store! She got moved into her new apartment, and met her cute roommates (no crazy or scary ones to my relief)! She also signed up for a choir audition! Sunday, August 30, 2009. One week down and all is well. Loves his new teacher and had a great first week. He said he has made a lot of new friends in his class which is good because he was afraid no one would like him. Mrs. Stoddard is great and I think exactly what Jared needs. As for my new class, they are wonderful. How did I get so lucky? Two amazing classes in two years. They sure do make my job easy. Glad to hear they are all surviving! I think Im more upset that schools back in than they are!

Sunday, November 30, 2008. The Farr West Elementary Choir sang at the Christmas Jubilee the day before Thanksgiving. Kaylee was pretty excited about it. As it turns out, so was everyone else.
