They are controlled via a Losmandy Titan mount. The year 2013. Is predicted to be the solar maximum, and the main function of the observatory has been to collect data and to provide live feeds of the sun to SLOOH.

Paul had successfully used the observatory for asteroid detection and had discovered over 600. Asteroids with his equipment. I began with an empty shell of a building and immediately started the refurbishing and retrofit of the building. None of the existing equipment was used for the upgrades. Camera most of the time. The Takahashi TOA. Is used with an Imaging Source planetary camera for planetary and lunar viewing. The Takahashi FSQ. Is coupled with the SBIG. For ultra wide- field views. The three optical tube assemblies are mounted and pointed by a custom Mathis Alt/ Az mount utilizing M 1000. Mount and M 1250.
