I thought everyone might like to see where we call home while we are here. Justin took these pictures around the ranch a while ago. Our two houses - Boys are on the right and the girls (and Pa) are on the left. Inside the horse barn. It smells like home. The tack room is to the right. Some of the alley and pens behind the cattle barn.

Each family in the village has a plot or a cooperative plot just outside the village where they grow some crops. The spuds are dug by hand, horses or they rent a tractor and have them dug. The cooperative farms are remnants of the Soviet collective farms. A very typical scene in the villages. Horse power is still used a lot in the villages. Posted by Jeffrey and Sariah. She wanted it to look like the basket was on grass, so she put it on a green blanket. The weather didn't cooperate on Saturday to do an Easter egg hunt. The sun came out on Sunday and we enjoyed a unique Easter egg hunt in the snow. Justin helping Saylor find eggs in the snow. Does it look like Spring? How far down did that egg go? My hands are freezing.
