Tuesday, July 10, 2012. This year's theme was the olympics and it was really fun. There was a balloon launching contest, kayak pull, synchronized swimming, and relay race. Our team was green and purple, so we kinda looked like the hulk team. We walked away with 2 golds and 2 silvers. And the rest of the time was spent like normal. Last weekend John went golfing with his brothers for the day up in Wasatch and Dax and i went to Amy's and hung out with cousins all day. It was so much fun.Dax played all morning outside in their neighborhood and then we watched Big Hero 6 and later in the afternoon went to their friends and went on a slip n slide! Thursday, April 18, 2013. After a very very long snowy winter, the first warm days of spring are highly anticipated. We were all waiting for a chance to get outside (without our snowsuits) and play. The first outdoor activity for the year was a neighborhood Easter egg hunt. Tren got the hang of it and picked up his share of the prizes. There was quite a turn out and it was fun to be part of the action this year instead of just watching. And of course, last but not least, was the Gilbert Easter party.
