Tuesday, February 28, 2012. Since I haven't blogged in a while, I thought I'd do a recap of what I've been making for Elora lately. I've definitely been sewing less the last 3 months since I was dealing with morning (rather, all day) sickness and fatigue, but sewing for me is a great stress reliever so I do try to make time to do it. Saturday, April 28, 2012. On day 5 of the kids clothes week challenge I made Elora this little top. She chose the fabric and I drafted the pattern (the pattern needs a bit of tweaking but it's not too shabby! The blue floral print is a light weight cotton that came from my mom's stash and Elora chose this fabric for her baby brother. Not sure what that means, but I thought it was pretty sweet :). It's a great little spring top and Elora loves it because she chose the fabric. View my complete profile.

Friday, June 24, 2011. A Little Vintage Fun. I just wanted to share this little dress I made for Elora. I whipped it up this morning and I totally love it. It came out almost exactly as I envisioned it :). I didn't use a pattern, just made my own, and I used a pretty floral vintage sheet that I found at a thrift store. I totally love it.
