DIY: hot chocolate on a stick. 1 Melt the chocolate slowly (if it gets too hot, it will turn into a nasty mush, so be patient! 2 Once the chocolate is almost melted, take away from heat and stir in cacao, salt and sugar. 3 The chocolate will get thicker, as thick as frosting. 4 Scoop chocolate into a zip lock back and cut off the corner. 5 Pipe the chocolate into your chocolate mold.
