A visit from grandparents is a highlight in the life of a small boy. A small tent is the perfect way to amuse a little guy AND motivate him to help clean up. No cleany, no tenty. Bronchitis sucks, but it helps if you catch it early. The only time my guy will nap is when he's sick. I deserve a pretty bedside lamp, and I'm going to make that a reality next week.

Tate always enjoys having company because there are new people to play with! Colt, on the other hand, is a little more timid around new people. Fortunately, Colt warms up quickly and he had a good time with my family. I made cupcakes for the occasion. Colt knew exactly what to do. Tate enjoyed his cupcake as well.

Yesterday I just threw him out in the backyard with a squirt bottle full of water and some kid-sized gardening tools and let him do his thang. It was great. He came in covered in dirt and starving.
