I bought this Happy Bellies organic brown rice cereal from a local organic shop nearby. Step 1: Pour desired amount of cereal into bowl. Step 2: Add liquid of choice ( breast milk, formula or water all work fine ). Step 3: Mix until it's the right thickness for baby. Step 4: Feed your baby right away. Throw away any leftovers.

第二次带她回日本。这次回去的时间很短，从本来就很短的一个星期机票，改去更短，我们只是回去4天。（我承认我工作比较有责任感，不好意思请假这么多天，所以无奈之下改日期）. 虽然短短的4天，我们却没有特别去做什么，或安排任何行程。哈哈，买了很多东西。日本真的是购物天堂。大人的东西不说，小孩的东西也是选择多到. 你会逛很久。光是选鞋子和baby food，款式和数量比马来西亚多100倍。真的，不夸张。还有很多很可爱又质量好的衣服，餐具，小孩用品.etc. 这是一个很大的地方，里面有很多不同建筑公司建的show rooms,（有超过50间吧）。每一间都可以自由进去参观。很多sales man都很乐意为你讲解和介绍。日本的屋子都是自己买地来建（除了公寓），所以很多人都会来这里参观然后来选择喜欢的建筑公司为他们盖房子。外观的design也很美，欧美式,modern式，和式都有。我印象最深刻的是，在其中一家里面，一部分地基是没有盖上的，让我们可以详细看见屋子的地基是怎样巩固的盖起来。不过很开心，也拿到一些idea以后怎样装修自己的屋子。哈哈。 Saturday, April 28, 2012.

自从上个月以来，只要有任何可以倚扶的东西，她都会凭自己的力量慢慢站起来。 9m4w 放手，站了几秒. 9个月的她，第一句学会的单词，是"mama"。（爸爸好伤心。。嘻嘻）. 9个月的她，听见“拜拜”，会招手回应“拜拜”（这是爸爸的功劳）. 9个月的她，喜怒哀乐分明。看见妈妈放工回家，先来一个笑脸，下一秒就是大哭。（宝宝乖，妈妈知道伱等了很久，想念妈妈）。每天回家第一件事情，就是洗手，抱抱我的小宝贝，安抚她后，哺乳。 Thursday, August 25, 2011. 第一次是回日本，当时4个月的夏楓是全母乳宝宝，所以食物方面我完全不需要准备或担心。但是这一次，9个月的她，除了喝母乳也开始了离乳食(solid food)，所以我还蛮烦恼到了墨尔本她的食物该怎么办。于是买了一些包装baby porridge,还有到了当地去超市买一些蔬菜和水果，然后预订了房间附有微波炉的酒店以便烹饪一些简单的蔬菜泥！她会一直站起来，摸东摸西，一下子就觉得闷，不停的翻看座位前的杂志.一本一本的拿出来然后又放回去，反正就是很活跃。离开市内，到处都是绿油油的草原，很舒服！
