Pride and Awareness ADD/ADHD Coaching. Sunday, November 6, 2011. Strategies to ease depression. I know this blog is mainly about ADD/ADHD, however, depression is a frequent traveling companion to ADD/ADHD. I am very familiar with this companion as I treat for depression as well as my ADHD. As with my ADD/ADHD I take medication for it and I use strategies to help make it less of an issue and more of an asset. Here is a list of things I have done to make my depression better. Drink plenty of water every day.

Pride and Awareness ADD/ADHD Coaching. Monday, January 16, 2012. Would ADD/ADHD meds work even better if they are aligned with our biorhythms instead of the standard day? But I am saying consider the impact your ADD/ADHD meds might have on your life if you could take them during peak times instead of downtimes. I am definitely going to discuss this with my doctor about aligning my meds and dosages with my biorhythms. January 29, 2012 at 1:16 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Find Me on twitter.

I know we have come a long way in understanding it and getting "better" and "worse" recognizing it. But do people truly know what it means to be a kid anymore? Most kids are rambunctious when they are young. Why is school set up so that kids can't move or wiggle? A close frien...
