How I lost 40kgs. Tuesday, January 31, 2012. 1 garlic clove, peeled. 2cm fresh ginger, peeled. 2 tbsn soy sauce or coconut aminos. 1 red chilli de seeded. Zest of 2 limes and juice of 1 lime. Bunch of fresh coriander. 3tbsn crunchy peanut butter or sunflower butter. Water to thin it out or coconut cream is good too. 4 skinless, deboned chicken breasts (try to get nice fat and plump ones). Pour half of the sauce into a bowl and set aside. Pour the other half into a roasting tray. Ann youll love these!

With Christmas around the corner and Strawberries in Season (in New Zealand) this makes the perfect dairy free dessert and I just LOVE cheesecake! Makes about 8 ramekins. 1 1/2 cups Walnuts. 1/3 cup Desiccated Coconut. 1/2 cup pitted Medjool dates. 188; tsp celtic sea salt. 3 cups raw cashews that have been soaked for at least 4 hours or overnight if you have the time. 3/4 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed. 1/3 cup Medjool Dates.

I have been really enjoying my digital detox, life without Facebook and IG has been very liberating :) I have had far more time to workout, I've been doing a bit of LesMills BodyBalance and weight training and have continued my walking apart from when it's really crappy weather! Do I still have my fat days where I doubt myself and think I'm bigger than I am or I'm extra bloated and think I'm back to where I started and still 107kgs?
