It also helps that I am down to 178, which is 10 less than previous events. Of course, my age group was pretty tough and I guess it's because the older guys don't just show up on a whim like a younger guy might. Not to mention they can afford the nice bikes and gym memberships. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Dr John Briffa's Blog.

Who’s behind this blog? Who’s behind this blog? I am a woman from New Zealand, in my late 20s. A few months ago I was a bloated, crabby, splotchy tired mess then I switched to eating primally. As primal as I can) As a result, my IBS has disappeared, my skin has improved, my moods are stable and I awaken fresh every day with energy right from the get go. My nickname is no longer cave troll. Who’s behind this blog? September 21, 2010 / primarilyprimal. Another spicy meal, courtesy of the recent Indian supermarket haul It was absolutely divine! Following the box instructions, I took a few tablespoons of the spice mix, some crushed ginger and garlic, lemon juice and melted butter. Mixed to a paste/marinade consistency, and then slathered it onto the chicken. Left it overnight to marinate, then chucked into into the oven for about an hour to bake. Who’s behind this blog? September 24, 2010 / primarilyprimal. My first ever meatzza! I managed to find some Weißwurst here in NZ! And a good quality one, pretty much consisting only of meat and spices. Although it was a tad too salty for my tastes – the real ones in Germany weren’t that salty in my experience. Served with sauteed spinach/mushroom and lashings of mustard. Don’t forget to peel the weißwurst before eating them, as the casing is quite tough –. Larr; Chicken Tikka BBQ. Enter your comment here.

https://primarilyprimal.wordpress.com/2010/09/30/tafaya
Who’s behind this blog? September 30, 2010 / primarilyprimal. I’m totally in love with Moroccan food at the moment, due to getting a stack of Moroccan cookbooks out from the library recently. Here we have “Tafaya” made with mutton – in this case, I used 4 shoulder chops of mutton from my in law’s farm – how awesome is that? Mutton is fattier than lamb and has a stronger taste. This version of Tafaya was insanely easy to make as follows. Return the mutton to the pan, along with a teaspoon of ground saffro...
