Parenting, working, getting fit…some days I just don't want to Adult anymore! Fat Loss Fast Track-Week 1 Update. One week down in my Fat Loss Fast Track (FLFT) program and I’m doing great! It is worth it? My answer to both of these are almost always no. Sometimes that was enough to stop me, sometimes not. If I ate it, I wrote it down. I joined a Diet Bet.
