Adzuki beans are quite high in zinc, as is tahini, making this hummus not only delicious but a good source of zinc. 2 cups cooked adzuki beans, drained. 1 tsp kelp powder. A pinch of cayenne. 1 tbsp umeboshi vinegar. 2 tbsp brown rice vinegar. Serve with cut vegetables and/or rice crackers for dipping. Posted by primaryconsumer at 6:26 PM. The Primary Consumer's Creations. Thursday, May 25, 2006. As my first post on my brand new recipe blog, I've decided to post a recipe for muffins. I think these muffins are delicious. They're not overtly sweet, but just sweet enough to satisfy. They're moist, but not gummy like some vegan muffins are. My mother, middle sister, and I loved them, but my oldest sister thought they. Were a little bland. I think that's because her taste buds aren't adapted to subtle flavorings, but don't. 1 cup raw wheat germ.
