The Outreach Service is for women who cannot access SWAN’s community based services due to severe anxiety, depression, agoraphobia or emotional issues. We support women to regain confidence and develop their individual potential, helping them integrate into their local communities. We use anxiety management and listening skills and work with women to develop a plan to help them move forward, through which they can explore interests, identify and pursue goals and access available opportunities.
