Saturday, 28 June 2014. Summer Exchange And More Snowmen. Hello, does anybody out there remember me? 0) My goodness, where did the last five months go? Anyway, without further ado, here is what I've been up to. I participated in the latest 'Stitch, Create, Exchange' Summer Exchange. I received a fabulous parcel from Marcy. Big thanks to Marcy for putting such thought into the exchange. My snowman theme for 2014 continues with a couple more finishes. The ornament below was from a Ewe and Eye chart tha...

blue star stitcher: March 2014
http://bluestarstitcher.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 30, 2014. Last week of summer vacation :(. Am I the only one who doesn't enjoy Sunday as much as Saturday because I know I have to go back to work the next day? And as a kid I clearly remember the last week of vacation being full of anxiety and thinking it didn't even count as a vacation week. Well I have that feeling now, this will be my last week of maternity leave before I have to return to work, and though I mostly enjoy my job, I DON'T WANT TO GO! And this is my Pinterest project of th...

http://sandrasstitch.blogspot.com/2014/12/you-are-my-sunshine.html
Sunday, December 28, 2014. You are my sunshine. At last I've been having enough time to sit down by the computer and share this with you! It's been a lot to do and my finger's been itching to finally press "Publish" and show you what I've been working on this last month :D. I found the chart on Etsy, and it was so fun to stitch! There's two more in the collection (of course the verse has to be complete! December 28, 2014 at 6:01 PM. December 28, 2014 at 11:03 PM. Such a beautiful, cheerful design! The Th...

http://fullnovembermoon.blogspot.com/2014/08/just-nan-sal-little-late-and-progress.html
Saturday, August 2, 2014. Just Nan SAL a little late and progress pics. 101 yesterday, today tomorrow and thru Wednesday here in Southern Oregon. I haven't been stitching as its been too hot to hold a frame in my lap. We have fires nearby in Ashland burning 11,000 acres so far. I am dreaming of fall and raining cold nights but its still a long ways off. Here are pics of how far I progressed. Here I finished the top section and moved up the fabric. Here be a monster! Sandras Stitches: November 2014
http://sandrasstitch.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 30, 2014. Santa actually DID come early. In form of a Sharon from US. This wonderful person sent me a Random Act of Kindness yesterday in no other form than Sweet Shoppe! And like that wasn't enough, she messaged me later and said that she's going to buy me the floss needed, as a part of the gift. I don't know if it's because I'm swedish and we have a different view on humanity or something, but this is really beyond my understanding! I can't believe this is happening really. Since I'm w...

Wednesday, 20 November 2013. I am thrilled to announce the arrival of our beautiful daughter - Ivy Hillery - born November 16th, weighing 8lb 11oz. She is absolutely adorable and we have fallen head over heels once again. :0). Luckily, it was a very quick labour, 1 hr 11 minutes. 2nd stage was only 4 minutes.she definitely didn't hang around! Lol I didn't get the Halloween baby that I'd hoped for, but my Little Miss Ivy was worth the wait. Sunday, 10 November 2013. I'm 4 days overdue and beginning to thi...

Featherstitch: Northwind Owl... finished!
http://featherstitchblog.blogspot.com/2014/04/northwind-owl-finished.html
Stitch from Stash 2014. Sunday, 27 April 2014. Northwind Owl. finished! I'm not sure I like the framing, with the large patch of white up the top, but I'm leaving it like this and seeing if I come to like it. This was a fantastic pattern to work on, lots of variety in stitching and the couching at the end was definitely a challenge. Now I just have to find a place on my wall. :). Anyone else had some finishes lately? 29 April 2014 at 00:29. What a beautiful piece! 1 May 2014 at 10:45. Thank you very much!

Sandras Stitches: October 2014
http://sandrasstitch.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 27, 2014. Well, as I said, I'm working on a side project for the moment. It's nothing more than a little hobbit inspired menu, but it's enough to put a smile to my lips everytime I see it! I'm stitcing it on 18 ct aida, and it's a delight compared to the 25 ct evenweave my HAED is going up on :). Links to this post. So it's been a really sleepy Sunday today, and the projects have been set aside to make room for the lazy part of me. Links to this post. Sunday, October 26, 2014. Last week I...

Whilst Iris Naps: February 2013
http://whilstirisnaps.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 27 February 2013. Wow - Two Posts in One Month (and the shortest month at that! Looking through the cross-stitch album on my ipad I noticed a couple of finishes that I hadn't yet posted about. Below is an ornie that I completed back in October for an annual Breast Cancer Research. Auction that my sister hosts. I adapted a freebie that I've stitched many times. Gingerbread Freebie found here. Apparently it sold for a good price, so perhaps next year I will stitch a few more! I intended to post ...
