Tuesday, May 5, 2009. Please tip your servers 15% at the VERY minimum. If you get a discount of some sort on your meal, it is proper to tip based on the original total, not on the discounted total. If you get 50% off of your meal, does that mean that your server worked 50% less? Please tell this to your foreign friends, as they are some of the worst offenders. Oh, and a lame tip cannot be justified with compliments about how great your server was. You can't pay bills with compliments. That's all for now.
