October 19, 2010. Hawaii - Sunrise and Clouds. There were a couple mornings that the sunrise was absolutely beautiful. I loved looking at the clouds, they were very peaceful. Constantly changing. October 19, 2010. Hawaii - Lizards, Geckos and Birds, Oh my! Tami, my sister, got really excited when she saw a lizard and the bird. . This one was on the eaves of my mother in laws house. Mom and Tami saw it from their bedroom window and wanted a picture. My mother in laws backyard. This one had a friend, but it left when it saw us. Tami spotted this one when we were walking. On Thursday evening, I was thinking about my busy weekend and was wondering if I was going to make it with all of the mommy activities I had committed to, but I made it and it was wonderful! On Friday, we had our annual read-a-thon at school and right after school we had Girl Scout and a Centennial football game. We didn't get home until late, but we didn't let that ruin the next day. Sunday, August 30, 2009. Well, it has been quite a while since I have posted and I am sorry! I really have no valid excuse, beside just being busy with the girls! In July, we took a 17 day trip to Hawaii and it was the best trip we have ever had there! All 5 of us went, yes Liana made it too and it was great! We spent most of the time with Kunane's parents at their house, but did get away to the North Shore for a night, the Big Island for a couple of nights and Waikiki. We returned and the next day Kalena.

Thursday, February 26, 2009. Today I was able to be a mommy, instead of a teacher and it was absolutely wonderful! Kalena's class went the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach on a field trip and I went along as a chaperone! I had such a great time watching her explore the exhibits. Thursday, November 26, 2009. Saturday, November 21, 2009. Fun at Irvine Park. While off track this month we went to ride bikes at Irvine Park in Orange and it was a blast! My good friend, Sandi, and her two girls loaded our bikes up in the back of Kunane's truck and set out for a fun day at the park. We took our lunches and rode bikes around until the girls got tired. Then we had a picnic lunch and the kids played on the playground, while we sat and watched the wild peacocks. Wednesday, November 18, 2009.
