Ducky in the Dark. Ducky in the Dark. The childbook “Ducky in the Dark” includes several interactive, often printed parts which allows the user to become a part of the story. Based on the OE-A-Brochure layout we developed several products for a better user experience. Christmas has to be something really special wonderful, exciting, awesome. Ducky in the Dark. FluxTime is a timer tag that has the ability to indicate via an Electro Chromic display the remaining time in a pre-programmed amount of time. FluxTime is intended for rental shops to attach to their short-term (same day) rental goods, helping customers keep track of how much time they have left to use their rental. To do this as accurately as possible, we use our wonderful laser cutter machine. Settings for 170g glossy-paper. Handling the laser is for instructed personal only! Project II Munich University of Applied Sciences. Building a christmas card with printed electronics isn’t easy. It was a time consuming process with many steps. Cut prototypes out with our laser cutter. Generate a screen print pattern for the prototypes. Print the inside design with digital printer and cut out the laser lines. Print the cover design with digital printer. Screen print the circuits inside the cover. Trim all printed sheets. Integrate the LEDs, Battery and Microcontroller into the circuit.

We present you the steps which are needed to produce one of our christmas cards. Design was finished, let’s print on paper! Printed – now move on to the laser-cutting machine – it’s awesome! First we have to fold out the christmas tree, to get this fancy 3D effect when you open the card. After that we bring on the tape to unite the front and back of the Christmas Card (Team Egor). Of course there are a lot of tiny and very small components – but with tweezers and much sensitiveness the cards were finished. Back to manufacturing overview.
