A Student Exchange Printmaking Exhibition featuring the images produced by printmaking students at Carleton College and The University of Wisconsin La Crosse under the instruction of Fred Hagstrom and Joel Elgin. Tuesday, December 9, 2008. And then arranged in a shadow box with the pieces at various heights. This piece is titled "Apartheid Shattered" and is intended to created the feeling of how the period of Apartheid in South Africa shattered the lives of those it brutally repressed. For F's Sake Nels.
