Services not covered by the Membership Fee. Hospitalizations, Emergency Room visits, outside labs, pathology services, cultures, no-scalpel vasectomies, imaging studies (x-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasounds, etc.), evaluations by other physicians and specialists, physical therapy, childhood vaccines, and prescription medications. Services covered by the Membership Fee. Well Child Exams, including School and Sports Physicals. Basic Office Tests (EKG's, urinalysis, strep tests, pregnancy tests, BP checks).

What is not covered by the membership fee? Hospitalizations, evaluations by other physicians or specialists, emergency room visits, prescription medications, outside labs, pathology services, cultures, radiologic studies (x-rays, CT Scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, etc.), no scalpel vasectomies, childhood immunizations, physical therapy, workers compensation. Do I still need insurance? Yes Priority Health Family Medicine is not a replacement for insurance. We encourage our patients to have health insurance.
