As some of my followers know, around the beginning of 2008 I sprained my ankle very badly. Couple bone bruises and a torn ligament that required surgery. The calcaneofibular one was partly separated from the bone, so they had to put a dissolvable pin in the bone that they would sew to the ligament causing it to grow back to the bone. Posted by Tina S. March 6, 2013. I just started week 3 of Insanity. Did the Fit Test and was about 25% better than the first time. I can feel myself getting better and being able to work harder. I’ve also started to notice that some of my clothes are fitting differently, not so tight basically. The other not so good number is my BMI/weight. When the dogs come running out of the house and you smell smoke, the pot of farro you left on the stove is probably burning and the fire alarm will go off shortly. Never go outside thinking you will remember to go back in the house and turn the stove off in 20 minutes. Lesson definitely learned. And it was my new wolfgang puck stainless steel 2 quart pan! Thursday, April 30, 2009. Learned something new again. Underarmor shirts will retain the stinky sweat smell if you wash them in detergent and dry them using dryer sheets. The solution is to soak the garments in baking soda and water and dry without using dryer sheets. Thank you Underarmour.com for that tidbit of information. I am a big fan of Baking Soda. We finally figured out what was wrong with my Cavalier.Belvedere.to many heart medications were making him dehydrated, causing him to release kidney enzymes, which made him vomit. Wednesday, April 22, 2009. Today is the last day of my detox program. I feel terrific, am 17 pounds lighter, and have a different approach to food that hopefully will last a long time.
