My Adventures in Mini Gaming. Monday, 17 November 2014. Batman and other projects. So i built and painted some batman figures a while back both Batman and Green Arrow but didn't have enough to build a team. So for a change i bought the Black Mask crew and threw that together and primed them its a really nice set of models with very little clean up required especially versus the batman model which had a fair bit needed. Also added a Knight and a Librarian to my force too now it really needs some tanks.

My Adventures in Mini Gaming. Sunday, 21 September 2014. So I was painting models watching some GenCon movie and I got to thinking about games releasing this year and next. Some I am excited about like D&D attack wing which uses the X-wing flight path system with dragons and fantasy races. Others are really exciting and star wars themed Imperial Assualt which is a reskinned Desent with a skirmish mode added on. The other is Armada which is capital ships as a space combat game. What a great weekend I had even if I couldn’t go to Salute this year there was plenty shared on the internet that I was excited for it still. Firstly Halo the new game from Spartan was demoed and it looked amazing so much so that they also ran a deal this weekend to promote it giving a free bust with pre-orders so I pre-ordered and went for the Covenant bust. The game is a post apocalyptic Racing game set in the U.S. Supplies are dropped in from other nations and gangs race to collect them. At the moment there are 2 gangs but more are on way. There is already some cool characters and stretch goals on the horizon. Devils run demo evening.
