Daging Sapi yg dicincang halus…. (boleh daging ayam, kalo yg asli seh sebetulnya pake daging kepiting). Bawang putih secukupnya kira-kira 2 siung. Garam dan merica secukupnya. Saus tomat 6 sendok makan. Cuka 1 sendok makan. Tepung maizena secukupnya sesuai selera kekentalannya. Garam, gula dan merica secukupnya.
